I had several problems with my car, lights coming on, on the dashboard and noise when braking, and the car had no umph. Shire cars sorted it all out what a relief, it is to have great service they kept me inform from when they diagnosed the faults informed me of what was required and did I want the work doing as long with what the costs would be . I did have the work done. You can't ask for more. Thank you very much for your help will be using this garage from now on.

Just picked up our son’s first car, and the service we receive was excellent. They gave the car a thorough service even replacing some parts that weren’t faulty but slightly wore to ensure car was in 1st class condition, which has made my husband and I a little less anxious about our son driving ! Second time I have used this garage, as had flat front tyre which recovery service could not fix as were unable to remove the Volvo Security Wheel nuts. Car towed to garage. They informed me that they were having extreme difficulty in removing the wheel. The guys eventually had to cut wheel off as could not remove the nuts. They managed to source a wheel with a tyre for me from Port Talbot and got it delivered. They also fitted new bolts on all other wheels. Really pleased with service, kept me informed of progress. Total cost was very reasonable, lower than I thought it would cost. Excellent service. I really recommend using them again and will do so in the future.
