Yesterday I had a nightmare situation I ran over something that caused my tyre to rip and went completely flat. I was at a mother and toddler group round the corner from the garage. I went there to ask if they could help. Without hesitation they were eager to help me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Drove us to my car and put my spare tyre on for me so I could drive it safely. I am extremely grateful for helping me with what could of been a sticky situation. Lovely garage highly recommend. Thanks again

I had a flat tyre outside Shire Cars today. The guys in the garage went out of their way to help me out. They were really friendly and incredibly helpful, they changed my tyre, gave me advice on what to do next and talked me through how to get home safely with my temporary tyre. This has been my first time of using the garage and I'd be confident to use them in the future. Thank you guys for making my journey home possible.

Always courteous and thoroughly trustworthy. These guys take the time and trouble to explain what needs to be done to fix your car and never recommend work for the sake of it. We always take our cars to them (one is 2 years ld, one is 15 years) and they are completely honest with us at all times. Recently they fixed our ABS system and replaced the motor for the electric window. They showed me photos of the old parts and the new parts used and explained fully what had been done. We use them for MOTs, servicing and repairs but also if we just want to ask 'what is that weird noise?' or 'why doesn't my key work?'. On many occasions we have left them with advice and no bill. I would never take my car anywhere else!

Mark and all the colleagues were so welcoming and friendly. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The paperwork was all sorted by Mark at the hand over with no problem. I still feel if we have a problem now after the purchasing the car they will be more than happy to help. If anybody reads this review on Shire Cars it is true from the heart. Shire Cars are without question one of the finest garages for MOT,Services, and repairs on your car and also for used car sales. The staff are brilliant especially Mark and Lloyd and Pete (Manager) and Jason the mechanic is really spot on and will take care of your car to 100% perfection. The prices of everything as well are very low compared to other garages and excellent value for money.
