Great service

After suddenly breaking down on my way home late on Friday afternoon outside Shire Cars Ltd I was very grateful to Lloyd for helping to get the car off the road and into the garage. He very quickly told me what he thought the issue was and gave me a rough estimate within 20 minutes. It was going to be a big job to fix and they were already booked up with their regular customers. However thanks to Lloyd and the team they managed to get me back on the road again by Wednesday evening ....... great service for a new last minute.com customer :)
