Mark and all the colleagues were so welcoming and friendly. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I worked with Peter and Mark at Cotswold BMW and we have 4 cars in the family all serviced and maintained by them. We bought a 206 for my son and it is a great car they prepared the car very well it was lovely.
