I had a flat tyre outside Shire Cars today. The guys in the garage went out of their way to help me out. They were really friendly and incredibly helpful, they changed my tyre, gave me advice on what to do next and talked me through how to get home safely with my temporary tyre. This has been my first time of using the garage and I'd be confident to use them in the future. Thank you guys for making my journey home possible.

We have purchased a very clean Audi A4 diesel from them and were amazed by the service we got. The car was priced well, and they fully serviced and MOT’d the car before we took it. Having visited a few garages before calling in at Shire Cars we were so impressed with the way we were dealt with; very unassuming and made me feel very comfortable talking to them. I think from a ladies point of view it was refreshing not to be talked down to and we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a good experience. I was staying in the area and Shire Cars were recommended to me.I was very impressed by the way Mark established my needs in terms of what I required from a car. His calm manner made me feel I could take my time to think about buying an eye-catching Ford Focus. Lloyd was brilliant and very patient at explaining all the bells and whistles on the Titanium model. Shortly after getting the car, I noticed it was cutting out at times and Shire Cars went to great lengths to fix the problem. A good garage, good at communicating and I would happily go back to them.

I worked with Peter and Mark at Cotswold BMW and we have 4 cars in the family all serviced and maintained by them. We bought a 206 for my son and it is a great car they prepared the car very well it was lovely.
