I cannot praise the staff at Shirecars to highly. They have not only been professional, courteous and excellent in their workmanship and conduct. They also have been kind and sensitive to my family's needs during our recent bereavement. We will be definitely be using them again for all our future car requirements.

We have purchased a very clean Audi A4 diesel from them and were amazed by the service we got. The car was priced well, and they fully serviced and MOT’d the car before we took it. Having visited a few garages before calling in at Shire Cars we were so impressed with the way we were dealt with; very unassuming and made me feel very comfortable talking to them. I had a flat tyre outside Shire Cars today. The guys in the garage went out of their way to help me out. They were really friendly and incredibly helpful, they changed my tyre, gave me advice on what to do next and talked me through how to get home safely with my temporary tyre. This has been my first time of using the garage and I'd be confident to use them in the future. Thank you guys for making my journey home possible.

I've taken my BMW to this garage for several years - MOT and servicing. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I trust them completely to keep me safe on the road. Friendly, helpful and they explain what work has been done or what might need doing in plain English. I booked in to have my car serviced for the first time at Shire Cars recently. The service I received from Mark was outstanding. In addition to a detailed breakdown of the car servicing, he went above and beyond to help answer a few queries I had about my car and gave some really helpful advice. He was calm and patient and I never felt rushed or intimidated, which has happened previously to me at other garages. Shire Cars do not carry out unnecessary work and will only replace parts if absolutely needed. I would recommend Shire Cars to anyone looking for an honest and affordable car garage and will be using them in future.

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Shire Cars. I was so impressed with the professional, friendly and extremely helpful service received from all concerned, especially Peter. The car came with a full service and year's MOT. There was a small mechanical issue which was dealt with immediately and at no extra cost.
