Yesterday I had a nightmare situation I ran over something that caused my tyre to rip and went completely flat. I was at a mother and toddler group round the corner from the garage. I went there to ask if they could help. Without hesitation they were eager to help me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Drove us to my car and put my spare tyre on for me so I could drive it safely. I am extremely grateful for helping me with what could of been a sticky situation. Lovely garage highly recommend. Thanks again

Just picked up our son’s first car, and the service we receive was excellent. They gave the car a thorough service even replacing some parts that weren’t faulty but slightly wore to ensure car was in 1st class condition, which has made my husband and I a little less anxious about our son driving ! Mark and all the colleagues were so welcoming and friendly. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I booked in to have my car serviced for the first time at Shire Cars recently. The service I received from Mark was outstanding. In addition to a detailed breakdown of the car servicing, he went above and beyond to help answer a few queries I had about my car and gave some really helpful advice. He was calm and patient and I never felt rushed or intimidated, which has happened previously to me at other garages. Shire Cars do not carry out unnecessary work and will only replace parts if absolutely needed. I would recommend Shire Cars to anyone looking for an honest and affordable car garage and will be using them in future.

I had a flat tyre outside Shire Cars today. The guys in the garage went out of their way to help me out. They were really friendly and incredibly helpful, they changed my tyre, gave me advice on what to do next and talked me through how to get home safely with my temporary tyre. This has been my first time of using the garage and I'd be confident to use them in the future. Thank you guys for making my journey home possible.
