My mother recently bought a car from Shire cars. They spent so much time helping, advising, explaining in laymans terms all about the new car. They were so thoughful and thorough. I have also used them when my elderly car died, and again their advise was so helpful. I continue to use them for services and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just before Christmas I viewed a Mercedes SLK280 at Shire Cars. I had researched widely and knew exactly what I wanted - their car ticked all the boxes so I gave it a test drive. It was immediately clear that the car had been well prepared for sale and it drove immaculately, like a new vehicle. They explained in detail the work they had done prior to putting it onto the forecourt, and were willing to spend time explaining details and generally allowing me to give the car a really thorough examination. Their customer-focused attitude was a refreshing change, and everything was explained clearly. Now that I have had the SLK for nearly two months (and driven it on any excuse!) I am in love! I can recommend Shire Cars without hesitation, so much so that I will certainly be taking the car for service and maintenance, MOTs etc, in the future, even though they are a little further away from home. Very nice people to deal with.

I recently bought a used car from Shire Cars and the team Lloyd & Mark made me feel very welcome. They were very helpful and friendly in helping me. They carried out a very through service & checks on the car and made all necessary repairs following the MOT & service. I was very happy & comfortable with the service I received.

I was staying in the area and Shire Cars were recommended to me.I was very impressed by the way Mark established my needs in terms of what I required from a car. His calm manner made me feel I could take my time to think about buying an eye-catching Ford Focus. Lloyd was brilliant and very patient at explaining all the bells and whistles on the Titanium model. Shortly after getting the car, I noticed it was cutting out at times and Shire Cars went to great lengths to fix the problem. A good garage, good at communicating and I would happily go back to them.

I cannot praise the staff at Shirecars to highly. They have not only been professional, courteous and excellent in their workmanship and conduct. They also have been kind and sensitive to my family's needs during our recent bereavement. We will be definitely be using them again for all our future car requirements.

Peter and his team have been providing expert care for my elderly BMW for over 10 years now. The service is excellent, they take time to explain any work that needs doing and I know that when I drive away I can put my foot down with confidence.
