Just picked up our son’s first car, and the service we receive was excellent. They gave the car a thorough service even replacing some parts that weren’t faulty but slightly wore to ensure car was in 1st class condition, which has made my husband and I a little less anxious about our son driving ! I booked in to have my car serviced for the first time at Shire Cars recently. The service I received from Mark was outstanding. In addition to a detailed breakdown of the car servicing, he went above and beyond to help answer a few queries I had about my car and gave some really helpful advice. He was calm and patient and I never felt rushed or intimidated, which has happened previously to me at other garages. Shire Cars do not carry out unnecessary work and will only replace parts if absolutely needed. I would recommend Shire Cars to anyone looking for an honest and affordable car garage and will be using them in future.
