We have purchased a very clean Audi A4 diesel from them and were amazed by the service we got. The car was priced well, and they fully serviced and MOT’d the car before we took it. Having visited a few garages before calling in at Shire Cars we were so impressed with the way we were dealt with; very unassuming and made me feel very comfortable talking to them. I think from a ladies point of view it was refreshing not to be talked down to and we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a good experience. Second time I have used this garage, as had flat front tyre which recovery service could not fix as were unable to remove the Volvo Security Wheel nuts. Car towed to garage. They informed me that they were having extreme difficulty in removing the wheel. The guys eventually had to cut wheel off as could not remove the nuts. They managed to source a wheel with a tyre for me from Port Talbot and got it delivered. They also fitted new bolts on all other wheels. Really pleased with service, kept me informed of progress. Total cost was very reasonable, lower than I thought it would cost. Excellent service. I really recommend using them again and will do so in the future.

Always courteous and thoroughly trustworthy. These guys take the time and trouble to explain what needs to be done to fix your car and never recommend work for the sake of it. We always take our cars to them (one is 2 years ld, one is 15 years) and they are completely honest with us at all times. Recently they fixed our ABS system and replaced the motor for the electric window. They showed me photos of the old parts and the new parts used and explained fully what had been done. We use them for MOTs, servicing and repairs but also if we just want to ask 'what is that weird noise?' or 'why doesn't my key work?'. On many occasions we have left them with advice and no bill. I would never take my car anywhere else!

Just had my cars MOT and service completed by Shire Cars. I was very pleased with the service I received from booking to collection after the work had been completed. I wiil be going back next year. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.
