I worked with Peter and Mark at Cotswold BMW and we have 4 cars in the family all serviced and maintained by them. We bought a 206 for my son and it is a great car they prepared the car very well it was lovely. I cannot tell you how pleased we are and how nice it is to deal with two great guys who generally have nothing but the customers best interest at heart. I booked in to have my car serviced for the first time at Shire Cars recently. The service I received from Mark was outstanding. In addition to a detailed breakdown of the car servicing, he went above and beyond to help answer a few queries I had about my car and gave some really helpful advice. He was calm and patient and I never felt rushed or intimidated, which has happened previously to me at other garages. Shire Cars do not carry out unnecessary work and will only replace parts if absolutely needed.
