I booked in to have my car serviced for the first time at Shire Cars recently. The service I received from Mark was outstanding. In addition to a detailed breakdown of the car servicing, he went above and beyond to help answer a few queries I had about my car and gave some really helpful advice. He was calm and patient and I never felt rushed or intimidated, which has happened previously to me at other garages. Shire Cars do not carry out unnecessary work and will only replace parts if absolutely needed. I would recommend Shire Cars to anyone looking for an honest and affordable car garage and will be using them in future.

Always courteous and thoroughly trustworthy. These guys take the time and trouble to explain what needs to be done to fix your car and never recommend work for the sake of it. We always take our cars to them (one is 2 years ld, one is 15 years) and they are completely honest with us at all times. Recently they fixed our ABS system and replaced the motor for the electric window. They showed me photos of the old parts and the new parts used and explained fully what had been done. We use them for MOTs, servicing and repairs but also if we just want to ask 'what is that weird noise?' or 'why doesn't my key work?'. On many occasions we have left them with advice and no bill. I would never take my car anywhere else!

I can’t recommend the guys at Shire Cars enough for their amazing customer service and complete professionalism - we have used them for some years now from purchasing / services/ MOT and helping provide additional information ( body shop etc) would not hesitate to continue using them and would recommend them to anyone - thank you guys

Just picked up our son’s first car, and the service we receive was excellent. They gave the car a thorough service even replacing some parts that weren’t faulty but slightly wore to ensure car was in 1st class condition, which has made my husband and I a little less anxious about our son driving ! I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Shire Cars. I was so impressed with the professional, friendly and extremely helpful service received from all concerned, especially Peter. The car came with a full service and year's MOT. There was a small mechanical issue which was dealt with immediately and at no extra cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shire Cars and will be using them in future for MOT, servicing and anything else regarding the car which has met all expectations.
