I worked with Peter and Mark at Cotswold BMW and we have 4 cars in the family all serviced and maintained by them. We bought a 206 for my son and it is a great car they prepared the car very well it was lovely. I booked in to have my car serviced for the first time at Shire Cars recently. The service I received from Mark was outstanding. In addition to a detailed breakdown of the car servicing, he went above and beyond to help answer a few queries I had about my car and gave some really helpful advice. He was calm and patient and I never felt rushed or intimidated, which has happened previously to me at other garages. Shire Cars do not carry out unnecessary work and will only replace parts if absolutely needed. I had several problems with my car, lights coming on, on the dashboard and noise when braking, and the car had no umph. Shire cars sorted it all out what a relief, it is to have great service they kept me inform from when they diagnosed the faults informed me of what was required and did I want the work doing as long with what the costs would be .
