We have purchased a very clean Audi A4 diesel from them and were amazed by the service we got. The car was priced well, and they fully serviced and MOT’d the car before we took it. Having visited a few garages before calling in at Shire Cars we were so impressed with the way we were dealt with; very unassuming and made me feel very comfortable talking to them. I think from a ladies point of view it was refreshing not to be talked down to and we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a good experience. I like the simple honest approach from these people. I was referred over to them by a friend, and had been unhappy with my present garage for quite a while. One price mot whether it fails or not !, i had been had by the cheap £30 mot then charged another 27.50 to retest it after. You choose but you can fix it yourself or ask them for a quote, either way they are not trying to fail your car like most do !!Well done to you. I will be back.

Mark and all the colleagues were so welcoming and friendly. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I was staying in the area and Shire Cars were recommended to me.I was very impressed by the way Mark established my needs in terms of what I required from a car. His calm manner made me feel I could take my time to think about buying an eye-catching Ford Focus. Lloyd was brilliant and very patient at explaining all the bells and whistles on the Titanium model. Shortly after getting the car, I noticed it was cutting out at times and Shire Cars went to great lengths to fix the problem. A good garage, good at communicating and I would happily go back to them.
