I worked with Peter and Mark at Cotswold BMW and we have 4 cars in the family all serviced and maintained by them. We bought a 206 for my son and it is a great car they prepared the car very well it was lovely. I cannot tell you how pleased we are and how nice it is to deal with two great guys who generally have nothing but the customers best interest at heart. We have purchased a very clean Audi A4 diesel from them and were amazed by the service we got. The car was priced well, and they fully serviced and MOT’d the car before we took it. Having visited a few garages before calling in at Shire Cars we were so impressed with the way we were dealt with; very unassuming and made me feel very comfortable talking to them. I think from a ladies point of view it was refreshing not to be talked down to and we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a good experience. Yesterday I had a nightmare situation I ran over something that caused my tyre to rip and went completely flat. I was at a mother and toddler group round the corner from the garage. I went there to ask if they could help. Without hesitation they were eager to help me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Drove us to my car and put my spare tyre on for me so I could drive it safely. I am extremely grateful for helping me with what could of been a sticky situation. Lovely garage highly recommend. Thanks again
