Always courteous and thoroughly trustworthy. These guys take the time and trouble to explain what needs to be done to fix your car and never recommend work for the sake of it. We always take our cars to them (one is 2 years ld, one is 15 years) and they are completely honest with us at all times. Recently they fixed our ABS system and replaced the motor for the electric window. They showed me photos of the old parts and the new parts used and explained fully what had been done. We use them for MOTs, servicing and repairs but also if we just want to ask 'what is that weird noise?' or 'why doesn't my key work?'. On many occasions we have left them with advice and no bill. I would never take my car anywhere else!

I've taken my BMW to this garage for several years - MOT and servicing. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I trust them completely to keep me safe on the road. Friendly, helpful and they explain what work has been done or what might need doing in plain English. I had several problems with my car, lights coming on, on the dashboard and noise when braking, and the car had no umph. Shire cars sorted it all out what a relief, it is to have great service they kept me inform from when they diagnosed the faults informed me of what was required and did I want the work doing as long with what the costs would be . I did have the work done. You can't ask for more. Thank you very much for your help will be using this garage from now on.
